Job Qualifications:
Facebook Ads Manager: Proficiency in using Facebook Ads Manager to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns. Experience in setting up and monitoring campaigns, ad sets, and ads.

Targeting and Audience Segmentation: Understanding of advanced targeting options and audience segmentation techniques on Facebook, including Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and interest-based targeting.

A/B Testing: Experience in conducting A/B tests to compare different ad elements and optimize campaign performance.

Budget Management: Proficient in managing advertising budgets effectively to achieve the best possible results within given constraints

Understanding of Facebook Policies: Knowledge of Facebook’s advertising policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and avoid ad disapproval or account suspension.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Proactive approach to staying informed about the latest trends, updates, and changes in the Facebook advertising landscape.

Performance Reporting: Ability to prepare regular performance reports, provide insights, and communicate the results of ad campaigns to stakeholders.

Project Management: Organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Certifications (Optional): Certifications in Facebook Blueprint or other relevant digital marketing certifications can be a bonus.
