We are looking for a Facebook Ads specialist to support our Facebook ad campaigns and some administrative tasks and hungry to learn more about Facebook Ads. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of working with Facebook Business Manager.

**This role requires you to have at least 2 years of experience with Facebook Ads operations – Which includes setting up campaigns, ad sets, ads, lookalike audiences etc**
Responsibilities:
– Ad Setup and Execution: Launch and manage Facebook ads based on provided copies, images, and videos.
– Documentation: Maintain a creative log to document all changes made to the ad account.
– Campaign Optimization: Make adjustments to Facebook campaigns as instructed to optimize performance.
– Performance Reporting: Generate weekly reports analyzing ad performance over 2, 4, and 8 weeks, highlighting key metrics and trends such as top-performing ads, ads with declining performance, and the performance of newly launched ads.
– Data Compilation: Populate weekly performance reports by aggregating data from four different sources, focusing on both Facebook ads and other business metrics.
– Administrative Tasks: Manage routine administrative tasks, including compiling invoices and organizing digital files.
– (Bonus) Basic copywriting: Ability to write Facebook ad copies based on a given audience and direction.
– Basic customer and competitor research: Conducts basic customer and competitor research which will provide us with useful insights to drive the creative strategy for Facebook – Note that guidance will be provided for this.
Skills and Qualifications:
– At least 2 years experience of working with Facebook Ads Manager.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
– Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
– Good analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
– Familiarity with office productivity tools and digital reporting platforms.
– Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
– Ability to take instructions effectively via online meetings and verbal communication
