Position Overview:
As a Facebook Ad Specialist at our agency, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with me and our clients to understand their business objectives, develop tailored advertising strategies, and deliver measurable results. This role requires a deep understanding of Facebook advertising best practices, campaign management, marketing savvy, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and myself to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging strategies for Facebook ad campaigns.
Develop and implement comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies aligned with client goals, ensuring campaigns are optimized for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
Manage multiple client ad accounts within Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, budget allocation, audience targeting, and ad creative optimization.
Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviors for precise ad targeting and optimization.
Create compelling ad copy, imagery, and video content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with client branding guidelines.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Proactively optimize campaign performance through A/B testing experiments, creative iterations, and audience refinement strategies.
Provide regular reports and performance insights to clients, demonstrating the effectiveness and ROI of Facebook advertising campaigns.
Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in Facebook advertising to ensure campaigns remain innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns for multiple clients within an agency or digital marketing environment.
Expertise in utilizing Facebook Ads Manager and other ad management platforms to set up, optimize, and analyze campaign performance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
Excellent communication and client management skills with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
