Job Description

We are seeking a proven & experienced Facebook/Instagram Ads Specialist to join our team and help us drive traffic and sales for our growing Women’s Apparel brand ecommerce store. Ads will run on both Facebook and the Instagram channels.

As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns to achieve our marketing goals. This includes the creation of ad copy and the editing of raw image and video assets that we will provide you. You will need to change or transform the creatives to fit the format and messaging of the Facebook ads you will run. You will have a deep understanding of Facebook advertising best practices and the ability to develop and execute effective campaign strategies that ultimately return the target return on ad spend.

Responsibilities:
• Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic to our Shopify store
• Research target interests to best reach ideal customer base and execute targeted ad campaigns
• Analyze campaigns and ad sets actively make changes to optimize to improve, pause if performing poorly, or scale either by duplication or by increasing budgets
• Optimize any product listing or collection landing page or customize offers to better increase chances of conversions
• Ensure conversion, ATC, and view tracking and pixel setup is properly configured on the Shopify website
• Experience using business manager and navigating the platform to create ads for both Facebook and Instagram platforms
• Provide regular weekly reports on Facebook ad campaign performance

Qualifications:
• Proven track record of at least 3 years of managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
• A bonus if you have managed ads for fashion related brands
• Excellent English for ad copy

Our teams are based in both the U.S and overseas with our U.S office being a small focused team with emphasis on design, marketing, and growth. Our main clothing line consists of women’s chic and contemporary styles however, we also carry a diverse category of athleisure wear, sequins, leather goods, and many other product lines.

Salary: $500-800/mo based on experience. Full time, Monday-Friday. You can work any time of the day as long as you reasonably respond within 24 hours.
