At 7 Figure Dojo, we are dedicated to helping martial arts school owners scale their dojos to profitable 6 and 7 figures. As we continue to grow and currently serve 75 clients (and counting!), we are seeking an Advertising Team Coordinator who is well-versed in using Sheets, Asana, and Slack. This person will be an integral part of our team.
The Advertising Team Coordinator will serve as the key link between our valued clients and dedicated media buyers. This role requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, the ability to track and manage multiple projects, and a proactive approach in addressing client concerns.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between clients and media buyers to ensure seamless communication and prompt resolution of requests and issues.
Manage multiple advertising projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Proactively address client concerns by identifying potential issues and implementing preemptive measures to mitigate them.
Coordinate with media buyers to ensure that advertising strategies align with client goals and are implemented effectively.
Monitor and track the progress of each project, providing regular updates to clients and the internal team.
Collaborate with the team to identify ways to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends to provide relevant advice to clients and to keep the team updated.
Expertly utilize Sheets, Asana, and Slack to manage projects, communicate effectively, and maintain organization.

Client Satisfaction: Measure success by gathering and analyzing client feedback, with a goal of consistently improving scores on client satisfaction surveys.
Project Management Efficiency: Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Track the percentage of projects delivered on time and aim for continuous improvement.
Communication Effectiveness: Achieve high-quality, clear, and concise communication between clients and media buyers.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Reduce the number of client issues through early identification and resolution of potential problems.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively within the team and enhance the overall team performance. Measured by peer feedback and the successful completion of collaborative projects.
Knowledge of Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and apply this knowledge to current projects. Measured by the relevancy and timeliness of the information shared with the team and clients.
