Facebook Advertiser for a Digital Marketing Education Company

We are an online coaching company at Raiken Profit and we help people to build profitable businesses selling physical products on Amazon FBA.

Our company is looking for a part-time Facebook advertiser to join our leadership team and become a key member helping us with retargeting ads and to converting more warm leads into paying customers for our various online coaching programs.

We need someone with extensive knowledge running Facebook retargeting ads for a digital coaching company like ours.

It’s very important to reinforce the importance of our relationship. We are looking for more than just a freelancer – we are looking for the right person to join our leadership team within our sales/marketing department.

Along with running retargeting ads you would be responsible for attending weekly meetings related to sales/marketing and working with various members on our team to accomplish our goals and objectives.

To be considered for this position, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well with other members of our team. You should be an action-oriented person, results-driven, and have good organizational skills and systems to capture, analyze, and interpret data from our Facebook ads in order to make informed decision.

This includes analyzing parts of our funnel to track click through rates, watch rates, engagement, effectiveness, etc.

Your job would be to run successful retargeting ads on Facebook only and get a positive ROAS OF 3-5X Minimum. Please keep in mind this advertising will only be to warm leads you will not be doing any cold outbound marketing which. is obviously much more difficult to get incredible ROAS.

It is very important that you have knowledge about various third-party apps for tracking Data and understand that Facebook data is not always accurate due to iOS updates.

Additionally, you must be knowledgeable about account health safety in terms of restrictions, suspensions, and banned accounts. Facebook is vary difficult to work with sometimes in terms of making money online and topics around money. So it will be your job to help guide us with the correct copy, creatives, etc to keep our account clean and active.

You must have an excellent understanding of our brand, our vision, our values, and our goals. You will be introduced to our values and company goals so it will be your job to make sure we follow these guidelines with our marketing.

Speaking fluent English is a requirement for this position and having strong internet is very very important.

You will be expected to stay on top of commitments and goals, communicating consistently with the rest of the team. Your role is vital in our company and we need someone who can get things done, execute well, always be results-driven, and achieve at least a 3-5x ROAS minimum on our retargeting ads as I mentioned previously.

We are not currently interested in running any other types of advertisements other than Facebook retargeting ads.

You must have strong knowledge of the Facebook pixel and tracking, and make sure that our pixel has been installed correctly on all of our various products and funnels.

Lastly, you should be in the loop and on the same page with our team to ensure that everything is updated correctly in our funnel, including pricing changes, product additions, or up-sell opportunities.

#4 – Are you okay with working part-time for us 10 hours per week? If you do a good job we will be looking to increase to 20 hours per week in the next 6+ months and expand our marketing to lead generation on facebook and other marketing concepts on Facebook.

#5 – What hours are you available to work during the week? It’s important you will be available and flexible with your time a few times per week for team meetings. We typically have meeting between 9am eastern time and noon eastern time.
