Facebook and Google ads manager

We are seeking an experienced and talented Facebook and Google Ads Manager to join our team. As the Ads Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns for our two companies.

Responsibilities:

*Develop and implement advertising strategies for our buyback and ecommerce business based on our business objectives, target audience, and advertising budget.

*Create and set up ad campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, including selecting ad formats, ad copy, working with out in-house graphic designer to create images or videos, and targeting options.

*Monitor and manage campaigns to ensure they are performing well and making the most of the our budget.

*Use data analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

* Create reports and communicate campaign results to us weekly on the work that was performed and the plan going forward.

*Manage the our advertising budget, ensuring that the campaigns are cost-effective and efficient against industry standards.

Collaborate with other teams such as content creators, designers, and account managers to ensure campaigns are aligned with the client’s goals and branding.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field recommended but not required.
At least 2 years of experience in Facebook and Google Ads campaign management.
Case study of successful previous campaigns
Knowledge of advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience in strategy development and campaign optimization.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
