Job Description

We are a VA placement agency based in Idaho and we are presently in search of a part time Facebook and Google Ads specialist, who will dedicate 20 hours per week to this role during Philippine working hours. He will hold a key role in our efforts to enhance our online visibility and enhance our strategies for acquiring clients. The primary responsibilities will revolve around digital advertising, data analysis, and the enhancement of the client experience to meet key performance benchmarks.

Responsibilities are as follows:
1. Effectively manage Facebook and Google ads campaigns to engage and reach the target audience.
2. Conduct keyword research, craft ad copy, manage bidding, and continually analyze performance.
3. Establish and fine-tune landing pages to improve the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and compelling user experience.
4. Configure ad creatives, audience targeting, and budget management.
5. Create, refine, and assess ad campaigns across various platforms.
6. Execute A/B tests and apply changes based on data-driven insights to maximize conversion rates.
7. Translate data insights into actionable strategies for continuous enhancement.
8. Employ Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to collect and evaluate data related to website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
9. Consistently monitor and report on KPIs that are pertinent to the status and well-being of digital marketing accounts.
10. Offer feedback and recommendations for enhancing campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).

Here are the qualifications:
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing and advertising, particularly with a specialization in Facebook and Google ads.
• A robust understanding of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Exceptional proficiency in creating effective landing pages.
• Adept at using data-driven insights to make well-informed decisions.
• Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategies.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for fundamental website edits.
• A penchant for creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative campaign concepts.

Computer and internet connection requirements:
• Operating System: Windows 10 or macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later.
• Processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent processor
• Memory (RAM): A minimum of 8GB of RAM
• Storage: Solid-State Drive (SSD) is preferred, or a standard hard drive with sufficient space (at least 256GB)
• Internet Speed: Download Speed: minimum of 10 Mbps / Upload Speed: 5 Mbps minimum
