Facebook and Google Ads Specialist

We are a VA placement agency based in Idaho and we are presently in search of a part time Facebook and Google Ads Specialist, who will dedicate 20 hours per week to this role during Philippine working hours. He will hold a key role in our efforts to enhance our online visibility and our strategies for acquiring clients. The primary responsibilities will revolve around digital advertising, data analysis, and the enhancement of the customer experience to meet key performance benchmarks.

Tasks for the successful hire include:
1. Manage Facebook and Google ad campaigns for effective audience engagement.
2. Conduct keyword research, optimize ad copy, and analyze performance.
3. Improve landing pages for a seamless user experience.
4. Configure ad creatives, audience targeting, and budgets.
5. Create and optimize ad campaigns on multiple platforms.
6. Conduct A/B tests and adjust based on data insights.
7. Translate data insights into actionable strategies.
8. Utilize Google Tag Manager and Analytics for data analysis.
9. Monitor and report relevant KPIs.
10. Provide feedback to enhance campaign performance and ROI.

Here are the qualifications:
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing and advertising, particularly with a specialization in Facebook and Google ads.
• A robust understanding of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Exceptional proficiency in creating effective landing pages.
• Adept at using data-driven insights to make well-informed decisions.
• Familiarity with SEO and SEM strategies.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.

Computer and internet connection requirements:
• OS Windows 10 or macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later / Intel Core i5 or equivalent processor / minimum of 8GB of RAM
• Download Speed: 10 Mbps minimum / Upload Speed: 5 Mbps minimum
