Job Title: Digital Advertising Manager

Known for our innovative and high-quality items, we are dedicated to enhancing the grooming experience of our customers. We are on the lookout for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to help amplify our online presence and drive our digital marketing efforts forward.

Key Skills and Experience

– Proven experience in a similar role within the ecommerce sector.

– Strong background in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Klaviyo with at least 2 years experience with each.

– Experience in content marketing and developing engaging marketing materials.

– Proficient in data analysis and interpretation of marketing metrics.

– Excellent project management skills and be able to handle mutiple campagns at a time.

– Outstanding communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

– Creativity, adaptability, and forward-thinking in digital marketing strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Klaviyo, and Facebook.

– Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing and engaging content.

– Oversee all digital marketing channels to ensure consistency with brand identity.

– Analyze market trends, customer insights, and digital marketing data to identify growth opportunities.

– Implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

– Monitor, report, and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.

– Manage ad copy creation and campaign management.

– Strategize and plan for future marketing trends in the ecommerce industry.

Wages and Work Schedule

– $8 per hour, paid weekly. (negotiable if highly qualified)

– Part-time position, around 15 hours per week, with working in UK timezones -8 hours behind. – 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
