Responsibilities:
Daily posting of comments on our Facebook ads using premade templates.
Engaging with customers by responding to comments under our profiles, fostering a positive community.
Moderating comments by unhiding positive feedback and hiding negative or inappropriate comments to uphold our brand image.
Collaborating with our team to ensure a consistent tone and message across all interactions. Monitoring engagement and feedback to report on the effectiveness of comment strategies.

Requirements:
Experience in social media management, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to engage users positively.
Familiarity with Facebook and its comment moderation tools. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to community management.
Must have a reliable internet connection, high-quality microphone, and camera for team interactions. Fluent in English with strong writing and communication skills.
