Key Responsibilities:
• Video Editing: Create engaging video ads that capture attention.
• Buyer Persona Development: Craft detailed buyer personas to target our ads effectively.
• Customer Awareness Stages: Understand and implement strategies for different customer awareness stages.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends in Facebook advertising.
• Scriptwriting: Write compelling ad scripts.
• Ad Creation: Develop both static and video ads.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with tools like Astria (for video ads), Creative OS (for static ads), and Creative Donut (for static ads) is a plus.
Customer Awareness Stages:
Note: We will primarily focus on solution aware and the following stages down.
1. Unaware Ads:
o Audience: People who don’t know they have a problem.
o Content: Stories, secrets, infotainment.
o Hook:
? “This took me years to learn but I’m gonna teach it to you in seconds.”
? “People seem to forget…”
o Approach: It doesn’t start with the product, solution, or problem, it’s more about secrets or infotainment.
2. Problem Aware Ads:

• YouTube Analysis: Watch relevant videos and check comments.
• Social Media Monitoring: Analyze comments on TikTok and Instagram.
