– **Engage with the Community:** Use pre-defined templates to respond to comments and inquiries on our Facebook page, ensuring timely and consistent communication.
– **Message Management:** Efficiently manage our Facebook Messenger, responding to inquiries, feedback, or concerns with the aim of providing excellent customer service and engagement.
– **Report and Feedback:** Provide regular reports on community feedback, sentiment, and engagement metrics, suggesting improvements for community management strategies.
### Requirements:
– Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role with a focus on community management, particularly on Facebook.
– Familiarity with Facebook’s community standards and experience with social media management tools for monitoring and reporting.
– Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and respond promptly to community interactions.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle negative feedback or complaints with professionalism and tact.
– A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to creating a positive online community.
– Good Englis: Spoken and Written
