Montem is a digital marketing agency, delivering strategic solutions in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, conversion rate optimization, tracking, and email marketing to various businesses.
About the Role:
We are seeking aExecutive Assistant who will work as the right-hand person for Rasmus, the founder and operator of Montem. The ideal candidate will take charge of a broad range of duties, from managing administrative tasks to executing key agency operations.
You will be trained and provided guides on all tasks, but experience as an executive assistant or from a digital agency is a plus.
**Key Goals and KPIs**
– Swift and effective completion of ad hoc and recurring tasks.
– Improvement in time from task assignment to task completion.
-½ Reduction in the number of revisions and interventions in tasks.
**Responsibilities & Tasks**
General Business / Admin:
– Create and manage lead lists for cold email outreach.
– Execute outbound campaigns to cold leads.
– Curate, schedule and repurpose social media posts for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
– Engage with posts and profiles on social media using Rasmus’ personal profiles.
– Collect and manage receipts for account across various sites.
– Develop SOP’s, checklists, and training material from videos.
– Manage Rasmus’ inbox and calendar, ensuring optimum organization.
Agency Tasks:
– Set up pre-made campaigns and ads on Google and Facebook for clients.
– Configure pre-made email campaigns in Klaviyo.
– Prepare monthly and weekly client reports with meticulous attention to detail.
– Execute general tasks when onboarding new clients such as setting up Google Drive, Notion Profile, etc.
Ideal Candidate:
– Proactive and self-driven individual with a keen interest in improving processes.
– Has previous experience working with a digital agency and is familiar with Facebook and/or Google ads interface.
– Highly detail-oriented, ensuring minimal mistakes in budgets and reporting for clients.
