Job Description

Role: Ads & Attribution Specialist

Experience Level: Advanced (Only experienced applicants with proven work history will be considered.)

Overview:

* The Ads & Attribution Specialist’s primary role is to manage paid media campaigns on Facebook, Google, and YouTube for our clients, ensuring ads are performing at a high standard.

* The second critical aspect of this role involves ad attribution—measuring the source and progress of leads from opt-in through conversion.

* Google Tag Manager setup, tracking code/pixel management, tracking, and lead integration with our CRM will be the Ads & Attribution Specialist’s direct responsibility.

* The Ads & Attribution Specialist must also be able to write drafts of their ad copy, which will be reviewed by the team Copywriter for final approval.

(Note: Creative and Funnels will be supplied by other dedicated team members, allowing the Ads & Attribution Specialist to focus on ads performance.)

Direct Responsibilities:

* Be reliable — consistent, and excellent in all you do.

* Maintain current knowledge of advertising platforms, ensuring we use all the up-to-date best practices for the best possible results.

* Set up, optimize, and manage PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns (primarily on Facebook, Google Ads, and Youtube) for assigned clients.

* Manage ad budgets, A/B test ad creatives, perform keyword research, set up audiences, and optimize for conversions and KPIs.

* Write drafts for all ad copies, submitting them for final approval before launch.

* Work closely with the team Video Creator to ensure we have fresh creative for ads.

* Set up and manage Google Tag Manager and all tracking codes/pixels for each client.

* Connect lead generation forms with our CRM and ensure attribution tracking is set up.

* Provide ads results reports and proactive recommendations on a weekly basis.

* Analyze campaign data, providing strategic recommendations on a monthly basis.

* Actively collaborate with the Wilde Team and clients to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives.

* Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes.

* Must be a team player who is also comfortable working independently.

* Ability to communicate professionally on client calls and via email.
