Facebook & Google Ads Specialist

We are looking to recruit a paid media specialist to help us to run Facebook ads and Google Ads for our clients. Working hours will likely be 15 hours per week, consisting of 3 hours per day from Monday to Friday. We are a UK-based agency, and preference will be given to those who can successfully work within UK working hours.

We run Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads for a range of small service businesses, all here in the UK. Our customers typically have quite low advertising budgets, however, they are ambitious business who want to grow and need their advertising to work.

As such, we aim to have a prescribed approach to our clients, rather than dealing with them all on an entirely bespoke basis. This means that we will make adjustments to each client’s account, whether it’s on FB or Google, probably twice per week. These adjustments will require you to get into each account that you’re working on for a particular day, make a fairly swift assessment as to what’s happening on that account and what adjustments can be made, then get changes in place and move on to the next.

A typical 3-hour working shift might require you to make adjustments to something like 5-6 accounts. Sometimes there may be a new campaign to set up, which again we do to a relatively prescribed process.

Absolutely must-have qualities:

Experience setting up and running Facebook ads
Experience setting up and running Google Ads
Good knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4, including setup where needed

Ideally, we also would like these qualities:

Can create artwork where required (using Photoshop or Canva, ideally)
Can create and/or adjust ad copy – your written English MUST be 100?curate

Lastly, these ‘nice to have’ qualities will help you to stand out:

Local SEO knowledge and/or experience
WordPress / dev experience
