Job Description

Your primary responsibilities involve researching, creating, engaging, and overseeing content while serving as the initial point of contact for 3 real estate focused Facebook private GROUPS.

We are a small organization and want to increase engagement and community. Each group has a different mission and goal.

We are based in the USA and American social cues and knowledge of expected communication styles are mandatory.

Key distinction between a social media manager and a >Facebook community manager-
The primary difference lies in how they engage with audiences. A social media manager promotes the brand’s products, acting as the brand itself, whereas a community manager adopts a user-like approach to encourage audience interaction and offer support.

Community manager responsibilities
1. Build a community for group members based on individual group goals.
2. Enhancing online community engagement through discussions.
3. Assisting new users in getting involved with the community.
4. Addressing questions and troubleshooting issues.
5. Seeking ways to enhance user experience by gathering community feedback.

Community management skills
– Problem-solving and location research
– Interpersonal skills- STRONG USA-based experience with norms in communication
– Customer service orientation
– Engagement and user feedback analytics/reporting to the CRM or Google spreadsheet
– Data entry, contact information, and lead conversion
– Excellent communication skills
– Research for posting value-driven content to boost group engagement
