We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facebook/Instagram Ad Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive user engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads or sales. The candidate should have a deep understanding of social media advertising strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful ad campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
Create, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram platforms, ensuring that they are aligned with marketing goals and budget constraints.
Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics, interests, and behaviors for each campaign.
Design compelling ad creatives, including images, videos, and ad copy, that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign elements for maximum effectiveness.
Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, trends, and recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in social media advertising to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, content creators, and analysts to align ad strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
Stay informed about Facebook/Instagram ad policies and guidelines, ensuring all campaigns comply with platform rules and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (X years) working as a Facebook/Instagram Ad Manager or similar role, preferably in an agency or e-commerce environment.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads platform, including campaign setup, targeting options, and optimization techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or similar platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and liaise with various stakeholders.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and copywriting, able to craft engaging ad creatives that drive user action.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in the social media landscape, staying ahead of trends and algorithm updates.
Certifications such as Facebook Blueprint or equivalent credentials in social media advertising are a plus.
