Facebook/Instagram Ad Manager

I need someone to run my facebook/instagram ads. They need to be effective.

I have an ads account set up, and the person I currently use is actually creating good ads that are performing, however I have decided to part ways as the reaction times have been extremely slow with them.

I need an ad to be ready for approval within 24 hours of ordering it, typically. Of course, if it is a complex ad in terms of graphics, video, copy, etc then of course it might take longer. I understand this. In my line of work sometimes a property goes from advertisement to sale in a week or less – so an ad showing up on day 5 doesn’t help.

I do have a graphic designer and video editor on the team already, so you generally won’t have to create or edit graphics or videos – although some skill here would of course be welcome, as if only a quick edit is needed that you can do, why not.

Experience running effective real estate ads is preferred, but not a necessity.

NOTE – while I only need 5 or so hours a week personally, my partner will need ads as well. And I am involved in several business networking groups, many of which could also use your service. So if you’re good, more more will not be a problem.

3. if you’re currently working for someone as an ads manager, send me a 30-60 second video of you in their meta business account and discuss some great ads you’re running, and some poor ones and why you think they’re underperforming.
4. state your pay expectations. what kind of bonus structure do you think is fair?
5. What is my brokerage’s name?

Any application that writes more than is required or does not follow instructions will be ignored.
