Job Title: Superstar Facebook/Instagram Ads Expert
Role Overview:
We’re in search of an exceptional FB/IG Ads Expert who not only brings a wealth of experience to the table but is also passionate about pushing the boundaries of digital advertising. If you’re confident in your ability to drive lead generation through Facebook and Instagram ads, then this role is tailor-made for you. As we kick-start this business, we are counting on you to guide and mentor the owner, setting the foundation for successful and scalable campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Ensure alignment with the business model, focusing on generating high-quality leads.
Ad Creation:
Craft compelling ad copy that captures attention and drives action.
Design visually appealing ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
Collaboration & Mentorship:
Provide guidance to the business owner, sharing insights to enhance campaigns.
Train the business owner in the nuances of the project management system.
Performance Management:
Deliver on strict KPIs, understanding the performance-based payment model.
Continuously assess and improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Facebook/Instagram Ads Management.
Previous experience in the dental or medical industry is a plus. In absence, a strong track record in lead generation campaigns with verifiable results is essential.
Proficiency in using “Go High Level” is desired; if inexperienced, a willingness to learn and master it is required.
Familiarity with or equivalent project management tools.
A proactive approach, with a keen interest in guiding and mentoring.
Confidence in one’s skills, with a commitment to delivering stellar results.
Highly organized
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Timezone: United Kingdom (the person will need to make sure they have an overlap of hours with the client either in their morning or the evening so that they can communicate properly)
Working Hours: 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week (with potential to scale to full-time)
Rate: $870 AUD per month, plus a $30 AUD incentive for complete attendance
