We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager to lead our social media advertising efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored ad strategies to achieve their goals.

Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Facebook and Instagram Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our social media advertising campaigns. As the Ads Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales.

Responsibilities:
• Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, including ad creative, targeting, and budget allocation.
• Conduct thorough audience research to identify and reach the most relevant target demographics.
• Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve KPIs, such as ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• A/B test ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media ad campaigns with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
• Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:
• Atleast 3 years of work experience as a Digital Advertiser Manager
• Experience with Tiktok Ads
• Fluent experience with Zapier, gravity forms, and WordPress.
• Experience with Go High Level, Facebook Pixels, Google Ads
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, with a track record of achieving positive results.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Creative mindset with the ability to design eye-catching ad creatives.
• Proficient in using analytics and tracking tools to measure campaign performance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the social media advertising landscape.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
