This role involves creatively repurposing existing static and motion content and crafting a 30-day creative calendar specifically designed for Meta’s diverse audience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both Facebook and Instagram’s unique features and audience behaviors, and be skilled in creating engaging content suitable for each platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a 30-day creative content calendar for Meta platforms, ensuring a balanced and strategic content flow across Facebook and Instagram.
Repurpose existing static and motion content into formats optimized for Facebook and Instagram, including posts, stories, reels, videos, and more.
Stay abreast of the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices for Meta platforms to keep our content strategy relevant and effective.
Analyze insights and metrics from both Facebook and Instagram to understand audience engagement and tailor content strategies for each platform.
Collaborate with our creative team, including graphic designers and video editors, to produce high-quality, platform-specific content.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that Meta content is integrated with broader digital marketing campaigns and objectives.
Manage content scheduling, publishing, and monitoring on Meta platforms, maintaining an active and engaging online presence.
Regularly report on platform performance, providing insights and strategies for improving engagement and reach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
Proven experience in managing content for Meta platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing success on both Facebook and Instagram.
Expertise in content creation for social media, including photo and video editing skills.
Familiarity with the analytics tools and advertising features of Meta platforms.
Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills, capable of engaging a diverse online audience.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
