Job Description: Facebook/Instagram Paid Ad Media Buyer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facebook/Instagram Paid Ad Media Buyer to join our dynamic team. As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for driving effective lead generation campaigns for both real estate and marketing company clients. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the advertising landscape, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to optimize campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation Expertise: Utilize your expertise in lead generation strategies to develop and execute high-performing Facebook/Instagram paid ad campaigns for real estate and marketing company clients.
2. Campaign Management: Plan, implement, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, ensuring efficient allocation of budget and maximum return on investment (ROI).
3. Target Audience Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of target audiences to identify key demographics, interests, and behaviors, and leverage this data to create targeted ad campaigns.
4. Creative Ad Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.
5. A/B Testing and Optimization: Continuously test and refine campaign elements, including ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages, to improve performance and achieve campaign goals.
6. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights and reports to inform future strategies and optimizations. Monitor key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition to measure campaign success.
7. Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their goals, provide regular updates on campaign performance, and offer strategic recommendations to achieve desired outcomes.
8. Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest trends, features, and best practices in paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
1. Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Facebook/Instagram Paid Ad Media Buyer, with a strong track record of successful lead generation campaigns for real estate and marketing company clients.
2. Fluent in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, as you will be working closely with clients and internal team members.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
4. Quick Thinker and Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet, adapt to changing circumstances, and find creative solutions to overcome challenges.
5. Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Proactive and driven, with the ability to take charge and direction to accomplish organizational and client goals.

7. Facebook Blueprint Certification (preferred): Possession of Facebook Blueprint Certification or any other relevant certifications would be a plus.
