Job Description

OU MUST WORK 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM CST every day to meet with the team. As the Facebook/Instagram/Tik TokAds Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients’ online marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to create, implement, optimize, and analyze Facebook ad campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. –

Strategy and Planning

Develop comprehensive Facebook/Instagram/Tik Tok advertising strategies for our clients (approximately 30 ads campaigns per month.
Work with our creative team and set up and optimize engaging compelling ad campaigns,
Monitor and manage ad budgets to ensure optimal allocation for maximum ROI.
A/B test ad creatives and targeting to identify top-performing ads and continually improve campaign performance.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze the performance of Facebook ad campaigns , providing regular reports to management.
Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach.
Audience Segmentation and Retargeting:

Segment and manage custom audiences based on user behavior and engagement on Facebook.
Implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential customers and maximize conversion rates.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

Keep up-to-date with the latest Facebook advertising trends, best practices, and algorithm updates.
Continually seek innovative ways to improve ad performance and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with our internal marketing team, graphic designers, and copywriters and developers to align Facebook/Instagram and TikTok ads with other marketing initiatives.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing insights and updates on campaign progress.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Facebook/Instagram/TikTok Ad Manager or a similar role with a track record of successful ad campaigns and ROI growth.
Proficiency in Ads Manager and Business Manager with A/B testing
Strong understanding of Facebook/Instagram/Tik Tokad formats, targeting options, and audience segmentation.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with advertising analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
