Meta Certified Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager needed for client work involving B2C service based businesses. Must have in depth experience using Advantage +.

We are seeking a Meta certified Ads manager responsible for the Day-to-day management of paid social advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. You are to play a lead role in client communication, while also helping to spearhead strategy and campaign initiatives. You must have a proven track record of managing successful Facebook/Instagram brand awareness, traffic and Lead advertising campaigns for B2C service-based businesses. You must be proficient in utilizing Advantage + . As our Facebook (Meta) Ads Manager, in addition, you will be responsible for creating and implementing advertising strategies across multiple platforms. This includes developing and optimizing ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with creative teams to produce engaging ad content. You must have a deep understanding of target audiences, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to constantly evolving trends. Work with our creative and development team to create and manage Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns for clients
Analyze and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI
Develop ad targeting strategies based on client goals and target audience
Stay up-to-date with Facebook (Meta) Ads policies and changes and implement them in campaigns
Collaborate with other teams to ensure ad creative and messaging align with overall marketing strategy
Track and report on ad performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Manage ad budgets and ensure campaigns stay within budget constraints
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on ad performance and strategy
Test and experiment with different ad formats and targeting options to improve performance
Stay current with industry trends, new ad features, and emerging platforms to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective
Requirements

4 Years of Facebook Ads Experience
Comfortable with client communication
Hands On Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager
Comfortable with Ads Reporting & Analytics
Understanding of Facebook’s Ad Policies
Ability to Create & Manage Campaigns
Experience with A/B Testing & Optimization
Knowledge of Targeting & Custom Audiences
Proficiency in Ad Copy & Creative Development
Experience with Facebook Pixel Implementation
Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills
