Job Description

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Facebook and TikTok advertising strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising to ensure cutting-edge strategies.

Campaign Management:

Create, launch, and optimize Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
Conduct audience research and build targeted ad sets to reach the desired demographic.
Monitor and analyze ad performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging ad creatives, including images, videos, and copy that resonates with the target audience.
Ensure all ad content adheres to platform policies and guidelines.
Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and key metrics.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Budget Management:

Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources.
Monitor spending and adjust as necessary to meet budgetary goals.

A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and placements to identify the most effective strategies.
Implement findings to improve campaign performance continually

Collaboration:

Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Collaborate with external partners and agencies as needed to enhance campaign outcomes.

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven experience managing Facebook and TikTok advertising campaigns with a track record of success.
Experience in digital marketing, preferably within the skincare niche.

Skills:

Excellent – English – speaking/writing
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads platform.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad content.
Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and TikTok Analytics.
Strong project management and organizational skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
