Key Responsibilities:

As a Facebook Manager for our travel site, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Moderation: Moderating and maintaining two active Facebook groups, ensuring a welcoming and engaging community environment.
2. Content Strategy: Creating and implementing a comprehensive content strategy for two Facebook pages and two Facebook groups.
3. Content Creation: Developing engaging content (including text, images, and videos will be provided) to share in the Facebook pages and groups.
4. Posting Frequency: Consistently posting daily.
5. Engagement: Actively engaging with the audience through comments, and discussions to foster a vibrant community.
6. Growth: Utilizing your proven experience and strategies to grow the reach and engagement of our Facebook pages and groups.
7. Analytics: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of posts and groups to refine and optimize content strategy.

Experience with Facebook ads is a considerable advantage.

Qualifications:

– Proven track record in managing and growing Facebook pages and groups, with examples of past successes.
