Position Summary:
The Facebook Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media marketing, strong analytical skills, and experience in e-commerce. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Develop, implement, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to promote products and increase brand awareness.
Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target ads effectively.
Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content to engage the target audience and drive conversions.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including reach, engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
Use data-driven analysis to continuously optimize campaigns and improve performance.
Budget Management:
Manage and allocate the Facebook advertising budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
Perform bid management and optimization to ensure cost-effective results.
Monitor daily spend to ensure campaigns stay within budget.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-quality, engaging content for Facebook ads.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in Facebook’s advertising algorithms.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Explore new advertising opportunities and strategies on Facebook to expand reach and drive traffic.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align Facebook marketing strategies with overall marketing goals.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales and customer service, to support company initiatives and campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall marketing strategy and performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Facebook Marketing Specialist, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and social media marketing best practices.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to track and optimize performance.
Excellent understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and bid management.
Creative skills in developing engaging ad copy, visuals, and video content.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus.
