Facebook Marketing Manager

We are not just looking for a Virtual Assistant to Just fill a Job. This position is a stepping stone to becoming a Facebook Marketing Specialist.

The position start at 15-20 hours per week and increase to 30-40 hours per week over a 30 day period as we train you. All possibilities for raises based upon work performance.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Your role will be helping me promote workshops about Spirituality & Tantra.
I am a spiritual teacher and I host physical & online workshops that need to be promoted through Facebook Events
You will be given exact promotion texts with target keywords that you can post in different Facebook groups and platforms.

It will be your Job to:
+ Promote Facebook Events
+ Early-Bird discount promotions
+ Creating new marketing opportunities

PROMOTE FACEBOOK EVENTS
Our company sells physical and online courses on the topic of Personal, Emotional & Spiritual development. These courses need to be promoted. Firstly on Facebook, but we have a wish to expand to IG, Tiktok & LinkedIN as well.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT PROMOTIONS
The above mentioned courses will have Early-Bird discounts which will need to be timely promoted as call-to-actions.

CREATING NEW MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES
We want to quickly expand our marketing channels, ideally you have experience in that, or a willingness to expand your knowledge and capacity to do so.

QUALITIES NEEDED TO BE SUCCESFUL
Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. As corny as It sounds, there are 3 qualities that I am looking for:

INTEGRITY, COMMITMENT & DESIRE TO LEARN

Integrity
You are a good tit If you can be honest with your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty a paramount to myself and the team. If you aren’t able to hit a deadline or made a mistake, be upfront about it! We are human after all!

Commitment
We are looking for someone who is looking for a long term relationship with the expectations that this will become full time. If your Just looking for a few months of work, this is NOT for you.

Desire to Learn
We are a small team. but growing fast. We want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. If your not excited about improving your skills and trying other things outside of Facebook Marketing; this is not for you.
You will be encouraged to learn more about Facebook Marketing in this job. When we start it is mostly based event posting, but as we grow together, I want you to spend at least 4 hrs per week learning how we can improve our Facebook Marketing Strategies.
