– **Customer Service:**
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns.
– Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner.

– **Administrative Tasks:**
– Maintain organized records of sales, customer interactions, and marketing campaigns.
– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in managing Facebook Marketplace and executing Facebook marketing strategies.
– Strong understanding of Facebook’s algorithms, tools, and best practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
