Position: Client Success Manager
Job Type: Full-Time | Fully Remote
Role (Overview of the Position)
As a Media Buyer, you will be instrumental in launching and managing client campaigns. Your focus will be on driving optimal results and high conversions, primarily through Facebook and Instagram ads.
Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)
* Campaign Launch & Management: Oversee the launch and ongoing management of over 60 client ad campaigns, ensuring campaigns stay within KPIs
* Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and track Facebook ad results to maintain high-performance levels.
* Client Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of client performance, providing weekly updates on campaign status and strategic changes.
* Optimization: Continuously update campaigns and landing pages for high conversion rates.
* Communication & Coordination: Proactively request new creatives from clients when needed.
* Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of the dance studio market and advertising best practices.
* Copywriting: Utilize ChatGPT to create effective ad copy templates tailored to various niches.
* Article Writing: Write and share articles that answer common questions and teach clients how to improve their ad results.
* Client Support: Answer client’s advertising questions through email and Zoom support
* Office Hours: Offer Zoom “office hours” calls to provide additional help with advertising questions.
* Documentation: Keep track of advertising questions to help write more articles that solve client problems.
Results (Expected Accomplishments)
* Ad Optimization: Deliver consistently optimized ads stay within KPIs
* Cost Management: Maintain low Cost Per Lead (CPL) across all client campaigns.
* Detailed Tracking: Ensure daily monitoring and meticulous tracking of Facebook campaign performance, maintaining an up-to-date log for each client.
* Article Creation: Write 10 advertising-related articles every month to support our clients’ needs.
Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)
* Experience: At least 2 years of media buying experience, with a focus on Facebook and Instagram ads.
* Skill Set: Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, with an organized and detail-oriented approach.
* Analytical Ability: A data-driven mindset, with the capability to triple-check work for accuracy and make informed decisions.
* Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and proactively adjust campaign strategies.
* Problem-Solving: Strong independent problem-solving skills, with a capacity for critical and independent thinking.
* Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Technical Requirements: Must have a home office setup with a computer and high-speed internet.
* Writing Skills: Able to create both ad copy and informative articles.
* Teaching Skills: Able to explain things in a way that clients can easily understand.
* Client-Facing Skills: Comfortable talking with clients and answering questions through Zoom.
* Marketing Strategy Skills: Deep understanding of marketing funnels, and conversion rate optimization
* Advertising Strategy Skills: Very familiar with ad optimization strategies to reduce cost per leads, and increase conversions.
* Tech Skills: Able to use tools like Zapier, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, and GoHighLevel effectively.
