Working hours: 20hrs/week, part-time
Salary: USD 1500/months, will increase after performance review

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
– Strategise, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram.
– Manage and optimise campaigns for maximum efficiency and performance, focusing on measurable KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
– Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
– Analyse and optimise campaigns to achieve maximum ROI for our clients.
– Stay abreast of the latest trends and changes in paid media.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with the overall digital marketing strategy.
– Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
– Liaise with clients to understand their unique business needs and tailor advertising strategies accordingly.
– Manage budgets efficiently to deliver the best results for clients.
– Continually test and learn new strategies and techniques to enhance campaign performance.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a paid media or similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
– Must have an experience with Google Merchant centre, Google Tag Manager & Google Shopping Ads.
– Certifications: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics would be an advantage.
– In-depth understanding of PPC, display advertising, and social media advertising.
– Design Experience is an advantage.
– Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics.
– Proficient in campaign management tools and platforms.
