Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Facebook Ads Manager to join our dynamic, remote team on a contract basis. This role requires an expert who can develop, manage, and optimize innovative ad campaigns, ensuring effectiveness and cutting-edge results. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients through meticulous planning and execution of digital advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development: Develop and execute advanced Facebook ad campaigns, including setup, management, and optimization, ensuring delivery within a 30-day timeframe.
Campaign Audits: Conduct thorough campaign audits, develop action plans, and perform detailed target audience research.
Content Creation: Create engaging ad content, including images, copies, and videos, focusing on optimizing brand positioning and offers.
Tool Management: Manage campaigns using tools like GTM, GA4, and Facebook Pixel.
Analytics Reporting: Prepare comprehensive ads analytical reports to track success and identify improvements.
Re-engagement Strategies: Implement re-engagement and re-targeting strategies to maximize client retention.
Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
Full-Service Campaigns: Full-service campaign creation including funnels, targeting, and analytics.
Creative Control: Creative control over compelling ad content and visuals.
Detailed Reporting: Detailed reporting and optimization of all campaigns.
Account Management: Create and handle a minimum of 5 financial advisor accounts, ensuring tailored strategies and continuous optimization.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in Facebook Ads management, preferably in a financial or tech-focused environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Facebook Pixel.
Creative mindset with a solid understanding of ad content creation and graphic design.
Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously and delivering within tight deadlines.
Effective communicator with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
