Job Purpose:
As a Media Buyer at TD Coach, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads by running and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns. Working directly with our founder, Chris, you will also contribute to the creation of additional creatives to support a variety of campaigns. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to help more coaches grow their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the Facebook Business and Ad accounts.
Develop, execute, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Collaborate with the founder to create and test new ad creatives and campaign strategies.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI within the allocated $1,000 to $3,000 monthly ad spend.
Stay updated with Facebook advertising best practices and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience and results in Facebook advertising, particularly in generating qualified leads.
Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating past successes, especially in the coaching or related niches.
Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decisions.
Creative mindset with experience in ad creative development and testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with remote teams.
Professional attitude and a strong work ethic.

Experience Level:
Professional level, with a solid background in Facebook advertising and lead generation.

Performance Goals:
Generate a consistent stream of qualified leads for TD Coach.

Budget Management:
Manage and optimize a monthly advertising budget ranging from $1,000 to $3,000, with potential for increase based on performance and revenue growth.

Collaboration and Reporting:
This position reports directly to the founder, Chris.

Location:
This is a remote, part-time position, offering flexibility to work from anywhere.

Salary Range and Benefits:
