JOB OVERVIEW
We’re looking for an experienced media buyer who can manage, scale and develop strategic plans for campaigns across??Facebook and Instagram. Experience across TikTok and Pinterest is highly valued but not essential to apply for this role.
Testing strategies, analysing and adjusting campaigns will also be a large focus on this role and we are looking for someone who has proven experience with this.
As the Media Buyer you will participate in all aspects of executing paid social media campaigns on??Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest. This includes initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimisation, analysis and reporting.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create, maintain, and grow advertising campaigns across??Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
Analyze and report on ROAS performance and campaign level data daily to ensure profitability.
Proactively optimize campaigns
Adjust creatives and give feedback on required creatives required for ongoing and new campaigns.
Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in social media and paid social media (betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.)
Development of media strategy and building paid social media plans (including audience targeting and segmentation etc)
Thoroughly understand the company’s business strategy, goals and KPIs
Boost sales through targeting the correct audience
Provide creative guidance to internal teams to help the company tell it’s story

YOUR SKILLS:
More than two years of proven experience as a Paid Media Buyer.
Paid media buying and strategic planning experience focused on??Facebook and Instagram.
Experience with TikTok and Pinterest is advantageous.
You’re an expert at split-testing ads;
You’re an expert at building high performing ads;
You have the ability to analyze quickly and provide real time campaign optimizations.
You’re a creative person and have proven this with previous strategies implemented that have achieved significant results.
