Job Description
Ads Managers lead the customer fulfillment team. Delivering Demand provides lead generation via paid advertising across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Google, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube. Ads Managers are responsible for ensuring clients get superior results across all platforms, and continue to see fresh leads coming in month after month
You will be provided with direct training to learn the Delivering Demand fulfillment system and fill any gaps in your knowledge but you must be able to already run paid ads campaigns on Facebook.
You must be coachable, and will work closely with our tight-knit fulfillment team to learn quickly and provide top-quality work from Day 1.
Ads Managers are responsible not only for reviewing and launching the initial campaigns, but also monitoring and tweaking them on a weekly basis. They work directly with the sales, account management, and leadership teams to manage any technical issues that arise within client campaigns.
They are also responsible for managing back-end systems and automation to ensure the entire fulfillment process proceeds smoothly and efficiently.
Ads Managers handle a multitude of tasks that change on a daily basis. As a result, they need strong attention-to-detail, organisational, and time-management skills. They must be prepared for a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable meeting tight deadlines without direct supervision.
What This Job Entails
? Building and managing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube
? Monitoring and tweaking ad campaigns on a weekly basis
? Skilled at creating and editing images and videos using software
? Creating copy for Medspa treatments
? Continually innovating new methods to improve client results and fulfillment systems
? Fixing technical errors as they arise within client campaigns and back-end systems
? Full-time: between 30-40 hours a week depending on the tasks
Requirements
? Proficient in spoken and written English (required)
? Strong attention to detail, time-management, and organisational skills
? Self-starter — you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing projects and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
? Strong knowledge of digital advertising fundamentals and systems, with a keen interest in learning more
? Innovative — you are constantly looking for ways to make something better and more efficient
? Ability to multitask and prioritise under ever-changing needs and schedules
? Proven project management skills with an emphasis on quality control
? Coachable — you are willing to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
? Team player — you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and delegate tasks
? Hourly rate of between $7 – $10 per hour
Required Experience
? 2+ years of online paid advertising experience with Facebook ads
? Previous experience with automation software preferred, including Zapier and Go High Level
? Experience in managing campaigns in the Medspa/beauty industry is an advantage
? Previous experience with remote working software preferred, including Clickup, Slack, Zoom, etc.
? Experience in using Canva and video editing software would be an advantage
