Reports to: Media Buyer Manager
ROLE:
This position is responsible for the creation and deployment of the Facebook and Instagram Ads according to the strategies and guidance from the Media Buyer Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Have an impeccable focus, patience, and passion for media buying and data analysis.
-MUST HAVE atleast 1 year of experience in conversion ads for ecommerce products.
-Implementation of media buying strategies according to the company’s standards set by the media buyer manager.
-A/B Testing of Adverts within Facebook & Instagram.
-In-depth analysis of the data being generated from campaigns.
-Proper management of the budget that is assigned to each channel.
-Communicate to the media buyer manager on strategies that are working and roadblocks that hinders reaching certain goals and KPIs.
-Coordinate with the client for copywriting, ad copies, and video creatives.
-Constant communications with the Facebook structure team to attend to all issues regarding any issues with the facebook profiles.
-Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in Facebook Ads, design tools, and applications.
-Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude within the department.
-Constant communication with the client on every decision made on the ads.
-Once per shift update the client on how much is left in their ad account (only applies if they have agency ad accounts)
-Request new creatives off the clients for any winning products
I-f the clients has a winning products slack channel – post winning products in there daily
-Ensure all creatives are of high quality – If not ask the client to redo them.
-Make sure to double check all ads decisions before moving over to a new account.

-Be proactive and take initiative for the benefit of the team and the company.
-Perform any task assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Atleast 1 year experience on Facebook Ads in the E-Commerce
-Fluent English
-Team Player (Communication and Collaboration)
-Willingness to learn
-Basic knowledge in Trello, Asana, Click-up
-Knowledge and exposure on Triplewhale is an advantage
-Highly skilled in Data Analysis
-Results-Oriented
-Stay Updated with Trends (advertising, social media, etc)
-Ability to follow instructions but unafraid to voice out their concerns on questionable strategies
-Interest in following advertising and media trends

•Marketing Requirements:
-Working knowledge of dropshipping or E-Commerce industry
-Basic Marketing Digital Experience
-Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads, and Product Pages
-Experience in Shopify
-Reliable Pc/laptop
-Reliable Internet Connection
