We are an e-commerce business that is in need of a full-time Facebook Media Buyer & Creative Director to be part of our push for even more growth! In our first 2 years, we closed off with nearly $10M. If you’re a Digital Media Buyer who can help make a difference, today! We prefer someone with ad campaign experience in e-com – especially in the Meta/Facebook space, so be sure to include case studies. Get the creative freedom in handling campaigns & be part of our push for a massive growth phase.

This is a Contract-to-hire opportunity, meaning if you excel in the position and we work great together, we will want you on our team full-time!

We offer very competitive pay if you can scale aggressively and profitably.

What Will You Be Doing:
Identify target audiences by building customer avatars based on data and research.
Scout the competition and tap channels they haven’t reached yet
A/B Testing, Lookalikes, Retargeting Set Up
Overall campaign management, performance/conversion optimization, maximization of ROI/ROAS
Offer predictions into the potential cost of a successful strategy, help set ad budgets, and make sure that the campaign sticks to this budget without compromising on exceptional ad performance.
Continuously track results of campaigns and offer reports to help learn more about the target market and what corrections need to be done.
Manage all the backend work for the ads
Test new strategies
Continuously test new features as they are released
Continuously test old features week by week to see if any new media buying tactics are working better

What Are We Looking For?

Has experience managing at least USD100k+ Ad Spend / month
Can provide case studies of previous successes in Media Buying

Sharp, able to juggle several numbers in their head and make great decisions from these numbers quickly and effectively
Inventive clever decision-maker who can work quickly and independently
Have a keen eye for identifying new opportunities based on the data and not thinking they have to “stick to the track” as often you need to follow your own initiative and actively respond to the data even if it goes against everything you know. Data is king
Must have prior experience with analyzing creatives
Should be a go-getter and goal-oriented
Clever decision-maker who can work quickly and independently
Should have great attention to detail;
Familiarity in using the Facebook Ads Manager
Must be able to communicate well in English
