Hello!

We are an E-Commerce startup running multiple Direct to Consumer brands.

For our main brand in the Health & Wellness niche we are looking for a full-time Media Buyer with creative strategy experience.

As standard media buying tasks such as managing budgets, spreadsheet data entry and uploading new ads doesn’t take much time these days anymore for us, we’re really looking for someone who can move the needle on the analysis, testing and creative strategy part.

Next to that we’re looking for someone versatile. This can be anything from Google ads mastery, copywriting, email marketing. These are BONUS skills, not requirements, but would make you a better candidate.

**Requirements – Who we’re looking for:**

– Media Buying Experience: Proven experience as a media buyer within an agency or directly for DTC e-commerce brands of at least $1k USD/day.
– Meta/Facebook Experience: Familiarity with the Meta platform and knowing how to utilize all features of the ad account.
– Full-stack media buyer + strategist: Skillset to work outside of Meta media buying into Google Ads. Next to that, have a deep understanding of ad creatives themselves and consumer psychology to provide valuable feedback and ideas on the creative side of the brand.
– Characteristics: Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, Analytical, creative mind, problem solver, high level English, honest, reliable, fast learner.
– You don’t need any special education or marketing degree we are way more interested in your experience and your personality.

**Responsibilities – What will be your daily tasks:**

– Media buying: Testing, Analyzing, Managing and Scaling Ads on Facebook/Meta and other ad platforms.
– Creative strategy: Working closely with our Creative Department to come up with new Creative Strategies and ad ideas to develop and test.
– Data entry & admin: Keep track of the daily metrics of the account and the overall business and input these into spreadsheets, as well as communicate these with the creative department.
– Proactively think and propose projects related to ad platforms, creatives or marketing to help improve the business success.
– Platform expertise: Stay on top of platform developments, creative trends and bugs/outages.
