One 10 Media is a growing marketing agency that specializes in email marketing and paid social for eCommerce brands.
We’re looking for an experienced media buyer to help create, manage and scale our client’s Facebook ad campaigns.
You’ll work alongside our marketing managers and clients on Facebook and Instagram campaigns. You’ll be responsible for all facets of the campaigns, from strategy to execution. This includes planning, creative direction, copy, design, analytics, and optimization and reporting. We’ll provide resources for copy and creative production, and collaborate for ideas and strategy, to help you manage the process.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft and review advertising campaigns that help clients reach their strategic goals – including the ability to help clients define success and what KPIs best help measure that success
Develop, create and place online advertisements on Facebook and Instagram
Provide day-to-day management on paid social campaigns – including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, creative testing, etc.
Monitor and analyze paid digital trends, investigate irregularities in performance, identify strategic opportunities for improvement and present recommendations to optimize ROI and improve campaigns
Develop and execute A/B testing for key paid media performance levers such as ad copy, creative, and landing pages
Manage project timelines to ensure client deliverables are on time and within budget
Collaborate effectively and confidently with clients and One 10 Media team across all areas
Report weekly to team and client about performance and strategic initiatives based on your reported data
Available for client and team calls as needed
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience buying media on Facebook
Experience with advertising technologies on the buy-side of the online ad landscape including: pixels, creative formats, ad serving, and viewability/verification
Ability to gather and analyze ad data, assess performance and make adjustments to optimize ads, and develop actionable recommendations to report back to the team and client on performance in a clear and user-friendly manner
High level understanding of direct response copywriting (Ability to write is a plus)
High level understanding of growth marketing
Experience with social media growth strategy
Experience working with e-commerce businesses and info product clients
Experience with Google Analytics
Ability to work at a fast pace and juggle multiple priorities
Can provide portfolio of high converting ad and case study samples
