**Job Description:**
We are seeking individuals who possess a deep understanding of Facebook/META and Instagram’s community guidelines, policies, and moderation tools to join us as Moderators. As a Moderator at Konnex Social Media, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and moderate content on our clients’ social media accounts to ensure compliance with community standards. Your duties will include:

– Reviewing user-generated content and comments to identify and remove inappropriate or harmful material.
– Responding to user inquiries and reports promptly and professionally.
– Enforcing community guidelines and policies consistently and fairly.
– Collaborating with our team to develop and update moderation policies and procedures as needed.
– Providing feedback and insights to improve the overall user experience and community engagement.
– Staying informed about the latest trends and updates related to content moderation and social media platforms.

**Requirements:**
– Must currently work at Facebook/META or have previous experience working there.
– Alternatively, candidates with close connections to current or former Facebook/META employees will also be considered.
– Excellent attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.
– Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Experience in content moderation or community management is a plus, but not required.
