We are seeking a talented and experienced Virtual Facebook and Pinterest Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. As a remote team member, you will be responsible for creating, testing, and managing Facebook and Pinterest advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase brand awareness, and maximize conversions for our company’s products and services.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute innovative and effective Facebook and Pinterest advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives, including lead generation, sales, and brand engagement.
-Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance and ensure consistency with our brand guidelines.
-Conduct thorough research and audience analysis to identify and target specific customer segments effectively.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign goals, KPIs, and budgets for each advertising initiative.
-Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, to optimize ads for better results.
-Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ad performance and ROI.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates related to Facebook and Pinterest advertising.
-Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of our advertising efforts on these platforms.
-Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting the performance and impact of advertising campaigns.
-Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain a high level of communication and collaboration with team members, even in a virtual environment.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in creating and managing successful Facebook and Pinterest advertising campaigns for e-commerce or online businesses.
-Demonstrated expertise in developing ad creatives, ad copy, and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.
-Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms, along with a strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation.
-Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions and optimizations.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team setting.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
-Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies is a plus.
