Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facebook Specialist to join our team. As a Facebook Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company’s presence on Facebook, driving engagement, and implementing effective marketing strategies. You should have a deep understanding of Facebook’s features, tools, and advertising capabilities. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about social media marketing.

Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
– Develop and execute Facebook marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
– Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook platforms, including posts, images, videos & ads.
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally, as needed or appropriate.
– Utilize Facebook Insights and other tools to measure and analyze the performance of campaigns, posts, and ads.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes on Facebook to ensure effective and compliant
strategies.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
– Identify and leverage opportunities for growth, user acquisition, and audience expansion on Facebook.
– Provide regular reports and insights on key performance metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Facebook Specialist or similar role, with a successful track record in managing Facebook pages
and campaigns.
– Strong understanding of social media marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
– Proficient in content creation and scheduling tools, as well as photo and video editing software.
– English proficient.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging social
media content.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
– Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment .
