Job Description:
As a Facebook Structure Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a resilient Facebook structure for our dropshipping businesses, actively avoiding and bypassing blockades and barriers. You will lay the foundations for our Facebook page(s) and other related structures, with the aim of ensuring unrestricted access to our content. You will work closely with our marketing team and report directly to the Marketing Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop a blockade-resistant setup for our Facebook page(s) and related elements, addressing potential obstacles to the dissemination of information.
Create a resilient structure for Facebook content and interactions with our audience, ensuring that our message can be freely and unobstructedly spread.
Set up alternative settings and sections on our Facebook page(s) to enable open and free communication with our audience.
Propose and implement A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different elements and discover approaches that best bypass blockades.
Continuously analyze the performance of our Facebook structure to make improvements that minimize the impact of blockades.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in bypassing blockades on social media and apply this knowledge to the structure.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure that our Facebook structure aligns with our commitment to an open and free online environment.
Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in developing blockade-resistant Facebook structures for e-commerce, preferably for dropshipping businesses.
In-depth knowledge of the functioning of blockades on social media and insights into how to circumvent them.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make decisions that minimize blockades.
Creativity to devise a resilient and unobstructed Facebook structure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
A strong ethical awareness and the conviction that information should be freely available to everyone.
