ROLE SUMMARY
We’re looking for an Account Manager responsible for offering clients support with their media buying. This involves working with an international team, offering feedback on ads, managing client funds and offering customer support to clients. Our clients work within a range of different niches and at various business levels. You need to be friendly, approachable, sociable and organised. You will also be responsible for helping to onboard clients and achieve their goals.
DAILY ACTIVITIES
* Provide customer support and feedback on media buying.
* Communication with existing clients, to manage account funds.
* Assist clients with queries regarding policies and ad account issues.
* Maintain fast response times and approachability to keep client satisfaction high.
* Able to answer calls and chat with clients with confidence.
* Use and develop our CRM to ensure maximal organisation of all clients at all times.
* Share new ideas for growth based on feedback, and optimise the business.
* Develop new systemised processes as the company continues to grow.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
* Some experience with Facebook or TikTok Ads.
* You need fantastic written and spoken English (C1 minimum).
* Experience with client support and sales calls.
* Salesperson mindset to help turn prospects into clients.
* Experience managing multiple clients/customers and communicating clearly.
* You must be highly persuasive, confident, persistent and professional
* You must be able to manage finances and send funds.
* You need fantastic problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Willing to quickly-learn and develop skills with a positive attitude.
