Facebook VA

Hiring needs: We are a performance marketing team that utilizes social media platforms to generate traffic for lead generation and pay-per-call. Due to the fast paced nature of our business and the many moving parts, we are looking for a VA or several who is experienced with Facebook ads. This person(s) would create facebook Fan pages, at least 30 per month and post business related facebook posts daily or weekly.

We would give them partial access to our ad accounts and they will Launch Page Like campaigns at very small budgets that grow page followings. These are very simple processes that we will Click to view also have many facebook profiles and would need these VA’s to login through provided access and create comments and engagement on specific facebook ads. Ideally operating hundreds of pages and profiles so tasks are not difficult or complicated but due to the expansive nature of our business there would be lots and lots of tasks to perform on a timely basis. And need to be available at appropriate hours. We may need a VA to engage on an ad immediately or within a short period of time typically within 12 hours, and to complete the entire task before ads launch.

We’re looking for commitment, dedication and a passion for excellent Click to view aspect of our business is advertising research. All active ads are listed in the facebook ad library. We have appropriate tools to save ads. This VA would take our lists of search terms for our particular industries and overtime would need to learn our industry and find newer and better ads, search terms, ad copy that our competitors are running. All of this is accessible in the Facebook Ad Library. This person would always be on top of the best performing ads in our industry and save them to our folders using our tools creating a large collection for us to study and build our own.

Again We are looking for someone with Facebook ads understanding or experience as all of this will be very basic knowledge. And someone who is passionate to learn the industries we operate in and go above and beyond just following directions but be proactive in seeking out ads. Competitive analysis can almost be a full time job in itself but can become faster and easier over time.
