Our mission is to provide exceptional living experiences for our residents and maximize the value of our properties. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract potential residents, including creating and managing online listings, social media campaigns, and email marketing. Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators as needed.
Application Processing: Efficiently handle the application process for prospective residents, including screening applications, conducting background checks, and communicating with applicants.
Lease Creation: Prepare and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Home Showing Scheduling: Coordinate the scheduling of home showings with potential residents, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Direct Marketing to Park Owners: Conduct targeted marketing efforts to reach park owners in the area who may be interested in selling their parks. Develop and maintain a database of potential sellers and initiate contact through various channels.
Software Management: Utilize Rentec Direct software for property management tasks, including tenant communication, rent collection, and maintenance requests. Ensure accurate data entry and report generation.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including document preparation, file management, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably in property management or real estate.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and tools, including social media platforms and email marketing software.
Experience with application processing, lease creation, and property management software, preferably Rentec Direct.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CanvaPro.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
Excellent computer and network connection
