We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Remote Support Specialist. We are growing rapidly in an exciting
coffee & tea market and are seeking a Facilities Support Specialist to join our team.
PositionSummary
As a Facilities Support Specialist, you will work as a member of the technical support team to assist and maintain
day-to-day coordination and data-entry including providing support for restaurant equipment and infrastructure for
our stores, expense logs, equipment pricing research. You must be able to manage and perform assigned tasks
effectively, work together with others as a cohesive team, communicate and act professionally within the workplace
and maintain a good knowledge of existing and future equipment and standard of operations.
Responsibilities
? Assist and maintain day-to-day coordination and management of 7 Leaves Facilities operational activities
including assist with troubleshooting tickets related to equipment issues and infrastructure to resolve
support tickets.
? Maintain and upkeep all in-going expense logs and equipment records.
? Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner.
? Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
? Create, analyze and improve facilities processes, and work to improve quality, productivity and efficiency.
? Other areas of responsibility as assigned

Requirements
? Proficient in computer skill with the ability to learn new software applications

? Experience in a helpdesk or in a technical support role
? Proven analytical and problem solving skills
? Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule (US time zone)
? Previous restaurant support experience a BIG PLUS
