About Us

We are looking to expand our reach into boutique stores through the Faire platform and need a dedicated Faire Coordinator to help us achieve this goal.
About you
The Faire Coordinator will be responsible for managing our presence on the Faire platform, including account management, inventory updates, and outreach to boutique stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly on the Faire platform, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to developing and nurturing business relationships.
Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Manage and optimize our brand’s presence on the Faire platform, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
Outreach: Conduct outreach to boutique stores, introducing them to our products and securing new partnerships.
Account Management: Handle all aspects of account management for existing boutique partners, including order processing, issue resolution, and relationship building.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and brand visibility on the Faire platform.
Collaboration: Work with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling sales pitches and promotional materials tailored to boutique stores.
Sales Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on outreach activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the latest features and updates on the Faire platform.
Requirements:
Previous use and familiarity with the Faire platform are essential.
Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the beauty or fashion industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
