Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our Fashion and Music business in launching an innovative website and platform. Responsibilities:

Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential partnerships within the fashion and music sectors.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and support ticket requests promptly and professionally.
Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating tasks and deadlines among team members, ensuring smooth project execution.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer information using spreadsheets or database software.
Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support for website and platform users, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members.
Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure the website and platform meet the business objectives and user needs.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), Microsoft Office, and project management software.
Knowledge of fashion and music industries, including current trends and key players.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
